Join us to explore Buddhist teachings and to practice mindful meditation.
We are a diverse group of people with various religious and spiritual backgrounds, who meet to practice meditation in the Buddhist tradition. We grow in our understanding of this tradition through discussion of writings and audio lectures from a variety of Buddhist teachers.
